Healthy Life Style

1. Eat less oily food.
2. Appropriate caborhidrate consuption.
3. Drink more water.
4. More exercise.
5. Have enough sleep.
6. Keep your mind open and be positive.
7. Have a proper way to release your stress. Never ever release your stress on your family memebers or friends. Best way is thru sports. :)
8. Spend time reading newspaper or listen to news :)
